Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years (36 months) from the date of purchase, in accordance with NSW legislation.

2. Fees
No additional post-purchase fees will be charged, and the voucher’s value will not decrease over time.

3. Non-Refundable
Gift vouchers are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or transferred to other services.

4. Bookings
All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Please book early to secure your preferred date and time.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled booking, or failure to attend, will result in the voucher being forfeited.

6. Expiry
Once expired, vouchers cannot be redeemed. Extensions are only offered at management’s discretion in exceptional circumstances and may not always be granted.

7. Safety Requirements
Riders must follow all Endeavour Park safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate attire and helmets (provided if required). Management may refuse participation for safety reasons.

8. Medical or Support Needs
Please inform us of any medical, behavioural, or support requirements when booking so we can ensure a suitable horse, instructor, and environment for your session.

9. Weather & Horse Welfare
Endeavour Park may reschedule sessions due to severe weather or horse welfare concerns. In these cases, the voucher holder may rebook at no additional cost.

10. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced without proof of purchase and supporting identification.

11. Remaining Balances
If a voucher retains a balance after use, the remaining credit will stay valid until the original expiry date.

12. Price Changes
Prices may change over time. Gift vouchers will be honoured for their face value, and any difference may be payable by the voucher holder.

13. Right to Refuse Service
Endeavour Park reserves the right to refuse service if behaviour toward staff, horses, or other participants is unsafe, inappropriate, or compromises welfare.
